Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead R&D Enablement, treating internal developer experience as a product. You will oversee roadmap for Service Enablement, Mobile App Enablement, Platform Quality and SRE pods, driving AI-powered tooling and streamlined workflows across the EPD teams.

You will manage quarterly roadmaps, measure DXI, PR Throughput, DORA metrics, and MTTR, while fostering knowledge sharing and a culture of high-velocity, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience focused on IDP/DevOps.
• Strong data-driven decision mindset using DevEx metrics.
• Proven cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the R&D Enablement strategy.
• Lead rollout of a unified Developer Experience Platform (DXP).
• Collaborate with App Enablement to optimize mobile/frontend developer experience.
• Drive cultural change by promoting documentation and deep work.
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure to balance speed with compliance.
