Job summary
Hinge is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Engineering Enablement within Platform. This hands-on leadership role shapes strategy, roadmaps, and execution to improve developer velocity, quality, and confidence across the product lifecycle.
You will partner with product engineering and adjacent platform teams to ensure durable, measurable outcomes. You will grow and manage engineers, coach performance, and drive adoption of platform capabilities, including AI-native bets and validation
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams or driving technical direction as a senior leader.
- Strong focus on user value, adoption, and measurable outcomes for internal platforms.
- Experience improving developer workflows, productivity, quality systems, build and release processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Engineering Enablement strategy to boost velocity, quality, and effectiveness.
- Own the team roadmap, drive priorities to closure, deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Build and improve tools, workflows, and platform capabilities for efficient development and testing.
