Job summary
Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technology Platform (Developer Experience) to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for tools enabling engineers to build, test, deploy, and operate applications securely. You will work with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to remove friction in the SDLC.
Success means measurable improvements in developer productivity, platform adoption, and delivery performance, with a focus on scalable, reusable capabilities
Qualifications
- 7 or more years of professional experience in technical product, platform strategy, or enterprise technology roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Polished and professional communication skills including experience with executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Owns vision, strategy, and roadmap for Developer Experience (DevEx) platforms and tooling.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to reduce friction in the software delivery lifecycle.
- Drive improvements in developer productivity, platform adoption, and delivery performance through data-driven prioritization.
