Job summary

HITRUST seeks a Senior Product Manager for Relying Party Experience to own the direction and outcomes of relying party-facing capabilities. You will lead discovery, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development, translating insights into clear product decisions and driving post-launch learning.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will build the roadmap from the ground up within an emerging product line, working closely with customers, Success, Sales, and engineering to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in product management or closely related roles.
• Proven ability to own product strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Strong judgment with ability to make tradeoffs in ambiguity.
• Ability to translate customer, market, and business evidence into product recommendations.
• Experience leading or supporting pilots, beta programs, or design-partner initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for relying party-facing capabilities.
• Decide roadmap sequencing, feature prioritization, and discovery approach independently.
• Define opportunities, outcomes, and success measures.
• Lead discovery and engagement with customers throughout pilots and launches.
• Collaborate with Product Design on problem framing, workflows, and usability testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on launch readiness and adoption.
