Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Link, a cloud-based interoperability network, to lead a multi-tier product portfolio (Reader, Contributor, Exchange) and drive market scaling across public-safety agencies.

You will shape strategy, governance rules, and packaging to accelerate ARR while ensuring privacy and responsible AI in real-world workflows. Travel is minimal; U.S.-based work is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in mission-critical domains.
• Experience translating complex workflows into product decisions (video, IoT, real-time analytics).
• Collaborative leadership and ability to work with engineers, designers, sales and end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio strategy and end-to-end deployment of Link tiers (Reader, Contributor, Exchange).
• Drive network scaling and market-entry strategy leveraging existing install base.
• Govern data governance and interoperability rules; map terminology and share policies; support cross-platform integrations.
