Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Product Manager for Link to drive evolution and scaling of our cloud-based interoperability network. You will own end-to-end strategy across Reader, Contributor and Exchange tiers, shaping data sharing for multi‑agency incidents.

You’ll partner with engineering, sales and field teams to translate complex workflows into pragmatic product decisions, craft pricing and packaging, drive ARR growth, ensure data governance and privacy, and anchor every choice in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with data-rich, mission-critical domains.
• Experience in public safety, defense, or regulated environments.
• Interoperability & integration experience with data pipelines, APIs, or standards-based exchanges.
• Strategic growth mindset with knowledge of ARR/subscription metrics and pricing models.
• Collaborative leadership with strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for Link across Reader, Contributor and Exchange tiers.
• Drive network scaling and market‑launch momentum leveraging existing install base.
• Govern data and automation rules, map local terminologies, and trigger cross-platform alerts.
• Champion CAD-agnostic interoperability with open ecosystem posture and secure data ingestion.
• Drive packaging, pricing and ARR growth while grounding decisions in field workflows.
