Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Link to drive the evolution and market scaling of a cloud-based interoperability network. You will manage a multi-tier portfolio including Reader, Contributor, and Exchange, guiding end-to-end strategy and governance while aligning with public-safety workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and deployment of Link’s core tiers (Reader, Contributor, Exchange).
• Drive network scaling and market-launch momentum leveraging existing install base.
• Govern data governance, policies, and cross-platform alerting; ensure open-ecosystem interoperability.
• Craft packaging, pricing, and adoption strategies to accelerate ARR and customer engagement.
• Engage with field users to ground decisions in real-world workflows, emphasizing privacy and responsible AI.
• Measure success with metrics and continuously refine the roadmap.
