Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Link, our cloud-based interoperability network. Lead the evolution and market scaling of a multi-tier portfolio, spanning Reader, Contributor, and Exchange, to close the Information Gap during multi-agency incidents.

You'll drive strategy, governance, and packaging, while embedding privacy and responsible AI across real-world public-safety workflows and cross-platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in mission-critical domains.
• Experience bridging data pipelines, interfaces, and standards-based exchanges.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, sales, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio strategy and feature requirements for Link.
• Drive network scaling, pricing, and customer adoption strategies.
• Govern data governance, interoperability rules, and integration with CAD systems.
• Partner with field users to ground decisions in real workflows and privacy.
• Define and measure metrics to prioritize the roadmap and impact.
