Halff is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager in Dallas or Richardson, TX with 4–7 years of experience in public works. The role focuses on managing municipal infrastructure design, schedules, budgets, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET-equivalent program.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to obtain within six months.
• 4–7 years of experience in public works / municipal infrastructure design.
• Strong civil engineering design and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (roadways, drainage, water/wastewater).
• Coordinate design and plan production from initiation through construction.
• Serve as main contact for clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality-control plans.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers-in-training and staff.
• Coordinate worksharing with multiple Halff offices.
• Support construction-phase services and respond to inquiries.
