The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in municipal infrastructure, a PE license in Texas, and strong design and project management experience, with the ability to lead a team of 7+ engineers and engineers-in-training across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or ABET-equivalent
• 10+ years in municipal infrastructure design or related field
• PE license in Texas or transferable within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Public Works design, planning, and related services in North Texas.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across Texas.
• Directly manage projects and supervise engineers and engineers-in-training.
