Job summary

Angel is seeking an operations-focused professional to join the Product and Engineering leadership team in Provo, Utah. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and team coordination, supporting the VP of Engineering and Head of Product.

You'll own high-stakes responsibilities like tracking tech spend across the company, managing the R&D Tax Credit process, and ensuring the product team's weekly rituals run on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations, executive assistant, technical project management or adjacent role
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to track and follow up on open action items across a team
• Experience handling confidential financial or organizational information
• Strong written communication and high judgment

Responsibilities

• Finance and cost management: Track tech spend, vendor contracts, and the annual R&D Tax Credit.
• Product team operations: Keep weekly product meetings running and ensure roadmap is current.
• Communications and meeting logistics: Coordinate leadership comms and prep company meetings.
• Team experience and travel: Coordinate on-sites, conferences, screenings, and team events from booking to execution.
• Org systems and executive support: Manage leadership inboxes, keep Paycom/Slack/Lucid in sync, surface what matters.
