Job summary

Angel Studios is seeking a proactive Operations & Finance Coordinator to drive cost management, oversee the R&D tax credit process, and keep product and engineering leadership rituals running on time. You will coordinate executive-level communications, manage vendor contracts, and oversee team events and travel.

You will work across two fast-moving tracks (product and engineering) to ensure processes stay aligned with strategy, delivering high-judgment support with minimal drama.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations, executive assistant, technical project management or adjacent role
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Own finance and cost management tracking including tech spend
• Coordinate product and engineering leadership rituals and roadmaps
• Manage leadership communications and meeting logistics
• Coordinate on-sites, conferences, and team events
• Maintain org systems data (Paycom, Slack, Lucid) and surface key items to leadership
