Weir in West Valley, UT is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex engineering and new product development programs onsite.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, coordinating with engineering, product, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver results. You will drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement while upholding a strong safety culture and stakeholder communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in new product development.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand engineering concepts, assess risks, and collaborate with technical teams.
• High emotional intelligence and influential leadership to guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven ability to set expectations, hold teams accountable, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex engineering and new product development projects with clear scope, schedule, budget and risk objectives.
• Act as liaison between engineering, product, operations, supply chain and other technical teams with stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments for leadership and PMO forums.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and champion repeatable PM practices across the portfolio.
• Maintain a 100% safety focus aligned with zero-harm culture.
