Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, including scope, project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks/issues, and deliverables.
• Manage requirements, project documentation, status reporting, meeting notes, action items, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with business, technical, vendor, contractor, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, develop process flows, and recommend technology/process improvements.
• Build business cases, perform value realization, and assess benefits and change impacts.
• Monitor KPIs/metrics, quality, schedule, cost, and project performance.
• Support workforce planning, budget analysis, forecasting, and regulatory/requirements analysis.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
• Support application/user management, troubleshooting, system updates, and technology integration.
• Work closely with Continuous Improvement teams on complex projects and special initiatives.
