Job summary

WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Project Manager III to lead internal and client-facing projects for a Fortune 500 utility client in San Diego, CA. This role requires commuting to the office at least one day per week and leveraging Power Platform, Smartsheet, or Power BI for process automation and analytics.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience managing internal projects end-to-end.
Leads project planning, resourcing, budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Directs multiple projects from scoping to design and delivery.
Sets timelines, costs, and resources; tracks milestones.
Coordinates input across departments to meet objectives.
Assesses regulatory impacts and builds business cases.
Gives budget forecasts and performance evaluations.
Prepares status updates for Directors or Executives.
Develops user guides and training materials.
Performs other duties as assigned.
