Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical for Recipient Experience (REX) to define and execute the product strategy for how order-related information is surfaced to customers. You will own the end-to-end Order Details experience, determining what information customers should see and when, and how it is organized to help customers manage purchases with confidence.

You will collaborate across teams to shape the taxonomy of order attributes, translate ambiguous information architecture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across post-purchase surfaces, establishing vision, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks.
• Drive page layout optimization as post purchase CX evolves into an intelligent, adaptive experience.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with partner teams to understand business needs and drive post-purchase innovations.
• Design and run rigorous experiments using A/B testing and data-driven methods to validate hypotheses and scale innovations across billions of visits.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into structured frameworks and product principles for alignment.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from requirements to launch and optimization.
• Communicate product vision and progress to technical and executive audiences up to VP level.
• Orchestrate federated platform experiences enabling 70+ partner teams to customize backend functionality.
