Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Ordering team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex programs that enhance the customer ordering experience. You will partner with engineering, product management, and operations to define goals, requirements, and delivery milestones.

In this role you will own roadmaps, track risks, and communicate progress to worldwide stakeholders while delivering automated improvements and scalable processes across the ordering domain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct collaboration with engineering teams.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating release schedules across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into technical systems and stay connected to the details.
• Define goals, requirements, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Define strategies and build/execute roadmaps for owned programs.
• Track progress, risks, and mitigation with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for worldwide stakeholders.
