Job summary

Amazon's CPJ team seeks a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead front-end and back-end product areas across the purchase journey. You will define the end-to-end vision and drive metrics while coordinating with partner teams to balance data processing, ML, and customer experience.

You will partner with Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, and Returns to execute the roadmap, influence architectural decisions, and deliver impact across multiple Amazon services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and drive end-to-end vision across product areas.
• Define and improve metrics to gain insight into customer experience.
• Influence tech partners to align architectural decisions with customer needs.
• Partner with teams across Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, Returns and Refunds to deliver on the roadmap.
• Collaborate with hundreds of partner teams to align with Amazon-wide initiatives.
