Job summary

Amazon is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Technical (PMT) to own the discovery and acceleration workstream for high-potential selection. This high-visibility role will maximize customer exposure to new products across discovery surfaces and design differentiated acceleration paths for top ASINs.

You will define the strategy for discovery, build AI-native systems, and collaborate with science, data, and engineering teams to scale the initiative globally across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy.
• Experience delivering features and tradeoffs.
• Experience in engineering discussions on tech decisions.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing customers during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end high-potential discovery strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive discovery across surfaces including Ads and Detail Pages.
• Define eligibility criteria and guardrails for high-potential selection.
• Define and execute acceleration strategies for priority ASINs.
• Define P0 discovery metrics and monitor impact.
• Partner with science, data, and engineering teams on AI-native solutions.
• Manage global expansion across marketplaces and seller segments.
