Job summary

Amazon CPJ team seeks a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead across high-visibility areas, balancing large-scale data processing, machine learning, and customer journey needs in eCommerce.

You will drive end-to-end vision, collaborate with partner teams, define metrics, and influence engineering decisions while delivering a cohesive roadmap for discovery, selection, checkout, and post-order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and drive end-to-end vision across product areas.
• Define and improve metrics to track customer experience and progress.
• Influence tech partners to align architecture with customer needs.
• Partner with teams like Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, Returns and Refunds, Customer Service to deliver on your roadmap.
• Collaborate with hundreds of partner teams that innovate across services and initiatives.
