Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and direction for PM activities in education sector. You will supervise staff and ensure owner needs, specs, cost and schedule are met.

The role requires 9+ years as a PM with 3 years in a senior role, strong knowledge of master planning, A/E procurement, and contract administration; Prolog and Primavera experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or an equivalent field.
• 9+ years of experience as a Project Manager and at least 3 years as a Senior Project Manager supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for owner and partners on contract, design, and related deliverables.
• Develop project procedures and documentation; advise on design and construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, estimates, specs and project requirements.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate activities of CM staff, engineers, architects.
• Oversee project controls, costs, scheduling, logistics, and closeout.
