Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in project or construction management of commercial/public/educational facilities.
• 3+ years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, cost, scheduling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist and step into senior roles on design or construction meetings.
• Coordinate with Design Team for conformance and RFI responses.
• Maintain project files in electronic and paper formats; supervise staff as needed.
• Support project meetings with documentation and tracking of information and statuses.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications.
