You will supervise staff and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and contract requirements. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent is required.
• 9+ years of construction experience as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison for owner and principal partner entities for contract, design, and related deliverables.
• Develops project procedures and documentation; consults with Owner on design and construction contracts.
• Ensures contracts, drawings, estimates, and specs comply with project requirements.
• Manages data, information, communications, and approvals between owner, architects, engineers, and related entities.
• Represents owner and project parties in meetings and public forums.
• Manages project controls, cost, performance, logistics, and closeout processes.
• Leads project meetings, documents decisions, and tracks statuses.
• Directs coordination of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, and related entities.
