Job summary

Vanir is seeking a Project Manager to provide planning, coordination, and direction for PMCM activities, ensuring alignment with owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule. You may supervise office/field staff and other project personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture and at least five years of PM experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with document control systems.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, scheduling, and delivery methods.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project-related systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison for owner and partner entities.
  • Develop project-specific procedures and documentation; consult on design and contracts.
  • Manage data, information, communications, and approvals between owner, architects, engineers, and other entities.
  • Lead project meetings and track statuses; coordinate CM staff and consultants.
  • Oversee bid phase services and project closeout activities.
