Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to drive a cohesive, multi-product roadmap within healthcare technology ecosystems. You will collaborate with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into scalable platform experiences and measurable outcomes.

You will guide architecture, APIs, and authentication while prioritizing adoption, engagement, and compliance across multiple products and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building or managing platform products, integrated product experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ability to think strategically across multiple products while balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities.
• Strong technical acumen, including APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern application architectures.
• Customer discovery and user research skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build alignment across multiple product organizations.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics and customer insights for decision making.
• Understanding of healthcare technology, clinical workflows, learning platforms, or education technology is a plus.
• Experience working within AI-assisted software development environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or education technology is preferred.
• Master's degree in a technical subject is strongly preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP Product and product leaders on strategic vision using customer research, product analytics, and market insights.
• Create and execute a roadmap for a cohesive experience across multiple products.
• Define platform capabilities for navigation, discoverability, personalization, administration, reporting, and usability.
• Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback, AI-assisted tools, and iterative experimentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform product managers on platform architecture, APIs, authentication, shared services, and modular user interfaces.
• Translate customer needs, workflows, and business objectives into product specifications guiding design, engineering, testing, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and AI development teams to refine specifications and validate assumptions.
• Advocate for nursing customers and real-world workflows.
• Use customer insights, product analytics, and market trends to prioritize investments and guide roadmap decisions.
• Partner with UX, engineering, clinical, commercial, and content teams to deliver scalable experiences and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define success metrics and evaluate ecosystem performance to improve adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
