Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Product Manager to own growth, onboarding, and lifecycle initiatives for healthcare and mental health consumer products. You will design and run data-driven experiments, analyze funnel metrics, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship AI-powered features.

You have 5-8+ years in product management, experience with A/B testing, SQL analytics, and cross-functional leadership, and you are excited by regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in product management with growth or lifecycle ownership.
• Proven success running structured experiments (A/B tests) and data-driven prioritization.
• Experience using SQL or analytics tools to self-serve insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear specs and roadmaps.
• Comfort prototyping with AI tools and interest in healthcare/mental health.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end growth funnel from awareness to active engagement.
• Identify growth levers and build a prioritized roadmap of experiments/features.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship features.
• Define and track north-star, guardrail, acquisition, active-user, adoption, and churn metrics.
• Identify underused features and drive adoption initiatives.
• Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent matching and conversational intake.
• Translate feedback and data into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Foster a testing culture with hypotheses, measurement, and rapid iteration.
• Balance growth with behavioral-health sensitivity and safety.
