Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy and ecosystem vision for AI integrations across our platform. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, partner with engineering, security, and business development, and shape how Tia integrations with TeamViewer ONE and other enterprise tools deliver customer value.

You will define roadmaps, manage strategic partnerships, and measure adoption and outcomes, turning AI capabilities into scalable workflows and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or AI platform ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, integrations, orchestration frameworks, and interoperability standards.
• Experience building AI-powered products leveraging enterprise data and automation.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, authentication, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused and data-driven, with comfort making decisions based on insights and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and ecosystem vision for integrations with TeamViewer ONE and AI software landscape.
• Drive the evolution of the platform through APIs, SDKs, MCP integrations, and partner solutions.
• Define and prioritize cross-platform AI workflows connecting Tia with ITSM, security, observability, endpoint management, identity, productivity, and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead strategic technology partnerships and ecosystem expansion with AI providers, cloud platforms, and enterprise software vendors.
• Drive build, buy, and partner decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business Development teams from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Establish success metrics and measure adoption, automation outcomes, reliability, partner impact, and customer value.
• Translate AI capabilities into customer value, scalable workflows, and platform growth.
