Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to translate the Ecosystem Health vision into a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. You will lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver AI-powered safety and authenticity features at scale.

This role requires 8+ years of PM experience, ability to drive multi-quarter roadmaps, and a track record of delivering complex platforms with measurable risk controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Ownership of complex consumer products or platforms at scale.
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity, marketplace integrity, or a related domain.
• Experience translating company or functional direction into product strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, and shipped outcomes across multiple teams.
• Strong technical and analytical judgment.
• Experience working with engineers and data scientists on automated decision systems, model performance, platform architecture, and operational tooling.
• Experience defining success metrics and diagnosing patterns in large or complex datasets.
• Ability to make evidence-based product tradeoffs.
• Ability to create clarity and momentum across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with sensitive or adversarial environments, such as user-generated content, account authenticity, age assurance, scams, abuse, or regulatory risk.
• Experience in data science, machine learning, software engineering, or highly technical product environments.
• Active use of AI tools or ability to rapidly become AI-native.
• Ability and willingness to work in person Tuesdays and Thursdays at a designated office hub.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Ecosystem Health vision into product strategy and roadmap across platform integrity, fraud prevention, moderation, authenticity, and user trust.
• Lead complex product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing.
• Build and improve AI/ML-powered detection and moderation systems for harmful behavior at scale.
• Develop user-facing products for authenticity and trust, including verification, age assurance, reporting, and privacy controls.
• Define ecosystem health metrics and identify emerging risks.
• Make product tradeoffs using data and prioritize work that improves user safety and platform integrity.
