Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior program manager to lead execution, coordination, and governance for a portfolio of engineering initiatives within a healthcare technology domain. You will translate strategic objectives into coordinated roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans across engineering, data, AI, platform, and related teams.

The role emphasizes risk and dependency management, executive reporting, and collaboration with product, architecture, and business units to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience leading complex engineering programs.
• Experience translating priorities into executable programs across multiple teams.
• Experience with program governance, roadmap alignment, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Technical fluency across software engineering, data platforms, analytics, AI-enabled technologies, cloud platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI governance and AI capabilities in technology initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain and spend management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, integrated planning, and coordination for a portfolio of engineering initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into coordinated programs, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, prioritization, and cross-team coordination across engineering, data, AI, platform, and other technology teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies across engineering, IT, product development, R&D, and related functions.
• Establish governance, progress reporting, risk management, escalation paths, and executive visibility.
• Coordinate technical workstreams involving data platforms, analytics, AI-enabled technologies, and other roadmap solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance and alignment.
• Develop executive-ready communications covering status, priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery progress.
• Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to remove blockers and align priorities.
