Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Pearl PRO, the professional side of Pearl's platform, to own strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for the web and mobile app. Reporting to the SVP Product, you will be the single accountable owner for Pearl PRO's outcomes with a focus on consumer-grade experiences for real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building consumer-grade experiences across web and mobile.
• Strong written and verbal communication; align stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Pearl PRO product strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Be single accountable owner for Pearl PRO outcomes: adoption and engagement.
• Drive discovery, write clear specs, and translate feedback into a trusted roadmap.
• Maintain deep understanding of real estate professionals’ workflows and pain points.
