Job summary

Verge Management Group is partnering with a confidential client to recruit a global product leader for OT and IoT cybersecurity. The role will define a new platform that serves as the system of record for industrial operations—assets, changes, approvals, and compliance evidence—built with an OT-native CMDB foundation.

You’ll own the data model, lead AI-assisted ingestion, and craft governance workflows for change, maintenance, and compliance evidence across global sites and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading B2B SaaS products that act as a system of record (CMDB/MDM).
• Strong data-modeling instincts with architectural judgment.
• Experience with identity resolution across multi-source data.
• Shipping enterprise ITSM workflows, approvals, or automation engines.
• AI-first mindset for product strategy and onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the OT-native CMDB data model including assets, locations, hierarchies and history.
• Design identity resolution and reconciliation to surface correct field values.
• Lead AI-assisted ingestion and mapping to shorten onboarding.
• Define change-management workflows for maintenance, safety and approvals.
• Turn live asset intelligence into audit-ready compliance evidence (NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIS2, TSA).
• Build integrations with EAM/CMMS, ITSM, CMDB and SIEM/SOAR ecosystems.
