Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an experienced Regional Operational Technology Manager to implement the OT Target Operating Model and lead cyber security initiatives across the Americas. You will manage OT networks, BMS/SCADA systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with the Global Director.

The role requires 8–10+ years in OT environments, strong leadership, and hands-on technical delivery across multiple markets, including financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in operational technology environments with cyber security expertise.
• Proven background in building automation systems (BMS/SCADA/DCIM) with OT security and risk management.
• 5+ years within the assigned region and experience across multiple markets.
• Hands-on engineering leadership alongside strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional TOM frameworks and governance for OT.
• Lead OT network standards and secure IT/OT integration.
• Provide hands-on technical support across regional sites.
• Monitor regional OT KPIs and report to Global Director.
• Drive OT security controls and regulatory compliance.
