Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Senior / Staff Product Manager to lead the OT-native CMDB platform, owning data models, identity reconciliation, and change history for assets across OT environments. You will work with engineering to design solutions that align with live network data and enterprise needs.

You will shape workflows, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities, guiding asset governance and informing decision making with enterprise customers across IT and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product management at a software vendor.
• Experience shipping CMDB, identity, or reconciliation features.
• Ability to model data and explain tradeoffs.
• Experience with enterprise customers across IT and security.
• Willingness to travel to Europe one week per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own the OT-Native Data Model and CMDB design across assets, locations, hierarchies, and change history.
• Define how recorded asset state relates to live network data and resolve differences.
• Shape workflows, integrations, and AI usage within the platform to support change management and asset governance.
• Drive identity/reconciliation rules and ensure traceability across sensors, integrations, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with engineering and customers to validate solutions and deliver in early-access programs.
