Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead a CMDB-centric platform for OT and IoT cybersecurity. You will own the data model, identity, and workflows, partnering with engineering to ship enterprise-grade capabilities for asset history and change management.

You will collaborate with a global team and customer engineers, travel to Europe quarterly, and shape AI-enabled workflows while balancing business and security needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product management at a software vendor.
• Strong data modeling instincts and ability to whiteboard a schema.
• Experience defining identity or reconciliation rules across multiple sources.
• Experience shipping configurable workflow or change management features.
• Ability to travel to Europe one week per quarter.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the OT-Native Data Model for the CMDB.
• Define asset relationships and the mapping to live data and history.
• Shape default workflows and integration with customer systems.
• Decide where AI agents vs. human approvals apply.
• Collaborate with Europe-based engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Drive decisions with early-access customers and ship valuable capabilities.
