Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Plain City, OH. This in-person role leads project engineers and assistants, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Senior Project Manager will supervise field teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards, while maintaining strong client relations and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry required.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical/construction programs; familiarity with project management/document control software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall flow of projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Coordinate with field personnel and subcontractors on scheduling and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company procedures.
• Prepare budget estimates, cost tracking, and progress reports.

Education
