Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Project Engineer in Plain City, OH. This in-person role supports planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of electrical construction projects to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The position reports to the Sr. Project Manager and requires strong communication, detailed documentation, and collaboration with offices and field teams. Local travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering is desirable.
• Electrical construction knowledge gained through an apprenticeship program is acceptable.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written – that promote teamwork.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a process.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Problem resolution skills and responsiveness to customers.
• Desire to be part of a team and understand how your role fits into the bigger picture.
• Experience using Microsoft 365; training on Accubid, Bluebeam, CAD will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting electrical construction projects.
• Support PM in establishing project schedule and cost allocations.
• Coordinate with Prefab Manager on lay out and prefabricated assemblies.
• Assist with change orders, RFIs, and document control.
• Maintain latest drawings with Office and Field teams.
• Visit job sites and attend job meetings as needed.
• Support procurement and delivery tracking, and project close-out materials.
