Ideal candidates have 5+ years of estimating experience, a solid grasp of construction docs and math, and proficiency with Accubid or similar tools. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and math.
• Accubid experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and interpret contracts, plans, and specs to develop detailed estimates.
• Complete take-offs within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Define project requirements accurately.
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and ensure complete scope of work.
• Support project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure estimates submitted are accurate and complete.
• Provide timely turnover documentation from Estimating to Project Management.
