Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or PM Certification; 10 years of project management in petroleum.
• Experience in engineering, construction and operations of pipeline, station and terminal facilities.
• Up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, estimates, schedules and resource requirements.
• Manage design, engineering, purchasing, construction, startup and commissioning.
• Evaluate changes to scope, budget or schedule and document approvals.
• Lead meetings, document minutes and coordinate with Operations and other departments.
• Plan downtime, startup and commissioning with Operations and Transportation.
• Manage large multi-discipline projects and external engineering firms.
• Ensure construction and operational punch lists and project documentation.
