Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial general contracting.
• Ownership of budgets and schedules on commercial interiors or tenant improvements.
• Experience managing client relationships with owners, architects, and landlords.
• Experience leading Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers.
• Ability to read drawings and use construction software such as PlanGrid.
• Familiarity with fast-paced construction processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the construction process on fast-paced, high-end commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects.
• Own project budgets and schedules, including cost control, forecasting, and change order management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carrying the relationship from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage all communication between clients, design teams, landlords, and subcontractors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers reporting to you.
• Actively participate in preconstruction, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Participate in business development activities including client meals, entertainment, events, and outings.
