Job summary

Perkins&Will in Austin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead all phases of the design process with a commitment to excellence in living design. You will manage projects from scope and budget through construction, direct multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain clear client communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related discipline is required.
LEED GA within 6 months of hire or equivalent accreditation is desirable.
Architectural license or interior design license/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the design process with design excellence and project goals.
Fully manage projects to ensure scope and budget adherence.
Lead project teams, foster collaboration and strong communication.
Develop and validate project scope, fee, and budget during marketing and contracts.
Communicate project information to clients and team effectively.
Manage project using Deltek; prepare work plans, budgets, schedules, and change notices.
Coordinate staffing with Operations Director and mentor staff.
Provide ongoing client and consultant coordination and risk management.
Monitor construction administration during construction phase.
