Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead NCDOT heavy civil road, bridge and utility projects across central North Carolina from Greensboro. You will own budgets, schedules, cost reporting, and margins, while coordinating with superintendents, engineers, inspectors and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as PM of record on heavy civil projects.
• NCDOT project experience required; name the jobs if asked.
• Must have run projects end-to-end, not an APM/Engineer role.
• Contractor side background; no pure consultant/inspection roles.
• Strong cost, schedule and field-team management.

Aufgaben

• Run NCDOT roadway, bridge and utility projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own budget, schedule, cost reports, forecasting and margin.
• Submit cost projections and act on variances early.
• Lead superintendents, field engineers and subcontractors to hit targets.
• Main contact for NCDOT, owners, engineers, inspectors, vendors.
• Issue subcontracts and PO's; manage subcontractor performance.
• Handle change orders, pay estimates, submittals and paperwork.
• Run weekly meetings on schedule and cost; coordinate with leadership.
