Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Project Manager to lead NCDOT roadway, bridge, and utility projects in central North Carolina. You will own the project from preconstruction to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and report to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as PM of record on heavy civil work, with verified NCDOT experience. A bachelor’s in civil engineering or CM is preferred, OSHA 30 is a plus, and relocation to central NC is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as the Project Manager of record on heavy civil/roadway/bridge work.
• NCDOT project experience required; be ready to name the jobs.
• End-to-end project delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
• Contractor-side background required; not suitable for consultants/inspectors.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, change orders, and field team management.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• Central North Carolina relocation is welcome.
