ETC Companies, LLC in Ramsey, NJ seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multifamily rehab/renovation projects across New Jersey, including tenant-occupied sites. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules and subcontractors, coordinating with owners, architects and CM teams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive construction project management experience, especially in occupied residential units, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel and BIM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction preferred.
• Experience in occupied multi-family projects.
• Willing to travel throughout New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
• Estimate projects and create schedules; manage schedules.
• Execute subcontractor bidding and develop Scopes of Work.
• Interface with Owner/Owner’s Representative on schedules and issues.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, RFIs, Change Orders.
• Supervise subcontractors and project superintendents.
• Prepare and follow project budgets and AIA payment docs.
• Coordinate permits and project close-out with officials.
• Lead meetings with Owner, Architect, CM; issue minutes.
• Oversee safety meetings and site safety; monitor quality.
