Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs for projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets and subcontractor bidding.
• Interface with Owner/Owner’s Representative on critical issues.
• Lead meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
• Supervise Project Superintendents and monitor safety.
