Job summary

Renewyx LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-quality residential ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects. You will hold full commercial and contractual responsibility from preconstruction to closeout, owning budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, change management, and the client relationship.

You will collaborate closely with the Superintendent, owner and design team, leveraging Procore or similar platforms to manage costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects.
• Responsible for project budgets, schedules and subcontractor buyout.
• Strong client-facing skills with owners, architects and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Hold full commercial and contractual responsibility for multifamily projects from preconstruction to closeout.
