Job summary

Renewyx in the South Bay, CA is hiring a Project Manager to take full ownership of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage programme, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships, reporting to senior leadership. Ground-up and podium construction experience is a strong plus, and the role is on-site with a permanent contract and a salary between $160,000 and $180,000.

• Proven project management experience in multifamily construction.
• Strong budget control, programme management, and subcontractor oversight.
• Confident in owning client relationships and reporting to senior leadership.
• Ground-up and/or podium construction experience is a strong plus.
