Job summary

Renewyx in the South Bay, CA is hiring a Project Manager to take full ownership of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage programme, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships, reporting to senior leadership. Ground-up and podium construction experience is a strong plus, and the role is on-site with a permanent contract and a salary between $160,000 and $180,000.

Renewyx has partnered with a well-regarded South Bay multifamily GC to place a Project Manager. You will take full ownership of multifamily construction projects: managing programme, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships from preconstruction through to closeout.

What success looks like:

At 90 days, your project is on programme and on budget. The client relationship is solid and the company leadership trusts your judgement. You are already thinking about the next project.

What you'll bring:

• Proven PM experience in multifamily construction
• Strong budget control, programme management, and subcontractor oversight
• Confidence owning client relationships and reporting to senior leadership
• Ground-up and/or podium construction experience (strong plus)
