Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex application‑focused initiatives supporting Life 70 and enterprise document management platforms. This role requires a seasoned delivery leader with exceptional communication skills, strong project management discipline, and the ability to operate effectively in highly regulated, multi‑stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate has deep experience driving application lifecycle initiatives within regulated industries—preferably insurance—and has successfully led workstreams within merger and acquisition (M&A) integrations. This role partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, and PMO leadership to deliver predictable, high‑quality outcomes aligned with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of application initiatives related to Life 70 and enterprise document management platforms.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance activities in alignment with PMO standards.
• Serve as the primary communication point across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, executive‑ready communications.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control with high rigor and transparency.
• Drive alignment across application development, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks; escalate with clear recommendations when needed.
• Support M&A integration initiatives, including application rationalization and transition planning.
• Mentor peers and model project management best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
