Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team delivering high-quality life sciences support. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with client and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in life sciences project management, experience leading client-facing programs, and strong knowledge of clinical operations, budgets, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of project management experience in life sciences or related field
• At least 3 years in a leadership, multi-project, or program management capacity
• Experience leading complex client-facing projects in clinical operations or life sciences environments
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, drug development process, and regulatory requirements
• Experience assessing project health across budget, timeline, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
• Experience with eClinical systems such as TMF, CTMS, EDC and collaboration tools
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients and lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, translating evolving needs into actionable strategies
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and multi-workstream initiatives
• Assess and manage project health across scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Oversee project financials including budget forecasting and variance tracking
• Manage project scope in line with SOWs and change requests
• Lead project governance and executive-level communications
• Mentor project managers and teams to reinforce best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and templates
