Job summary

Thrivent seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the long-term strategy and roadmap for a set of products within our portfolio. You will collaborate with business partners to prioritize work and ensure the roadmap aligns with customer needs and enterprise objectives.

You will mentor product owners, drive KPIs, and balance user experience with regulatory and risk considerations while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years relevant business experience in product management or similar.
• Understanding of iterative software development and Agile PM.
• Strong communication, collaboration and executive facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap development for Legal and Compliance capabilities.
• Develop long-term product strategy aligned with customer benefits and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
• Prioritize roadmaps balancing user experience, compliance, risk, and business value.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and coach product owners and teams.
• Track KPIs and ensure business outcomes are realized.
